Hi I would travel with you next time
6:56 looks exactly like the nazi sign (Hakenkreuz) ???
The swastika is actually an ancient symbol used historically in many asian cultures and religions long before the nazi party decided to appropriate it. Thanks for watching!
도쿄는 꼭 가고 싶은 곳 버킷 리스트에 있는 나라에요
Bit of a late reply. Firstly, THANK you for mentioning the Fireworks Display. It is one of Montreal's gems, and it seems that so many people miss it, probably because it's just during one small period of summer. And yep, there's a bit of a common misunderstanding for people who are looking for the Underground City. "Underground City" is a very informal name for what is essentially a collection of subterranean malls, office building basements and the public transit system being interconnected by pedestrian tunnels. That's why there's no real signage for it. So for any prospective tourists looking to find it, the best approach is not to look for the "Underground City" but instead something you know is there, such as the "Eaton Center" or "The Bay" which can get you there. You can also access it from some of the downtown Montreal metro stations such as McGill.
Love ❤
Thank you! Looks like I'm going to North Vietnam in December after Hong Kong. I will likely be doing the things in this video and adding Ninh Binh.
Thanks Daphne. As a Montrealer in my seventh decade, I can attest to how excellently you captured a range of places centuries old to the most recent. (I was hoping you would get to Crew Café, as you did.). My past homes in Old Montreal and two in the Plateau all appeared. Your focus on food showed not only great selection but also impressive depth. Bravo. I will look view your other videos with confidence and interest.
wow interesting experience
I love Hanoi and I love your voice <3 Your voice sounds like honey!
Lovely video. My only critique is the visit to the Biodome and the obviously despondent penguins. Simply heartbreaking.
This video was stunning, I’m happy I stumbled upon your channel. The combination of the music with the beautiful scenery and your soft narration really made me feel like I was watching a documentary!! ❤
I'm from Montreal, and you make me want to do day-excursions in the city like you did! You're a great traveller (best attitude) AND film it in a way that makes it very appealing. Great choice for your background music too! I'm glad you enjoyed the city, it was a pleasure having you. 🥰🥰🥰 P.S. I didn't know about that cinema place! TIL
thank you for sharing this ♡ its so informative and a great itenerary for a 3 week trip^^ you have inspired me to do the tsumago - magome walk!
I really enjoyed this ramble around Tokyo, Daphne. Thank you for a nice trip to Tokyo from my couch!
Such a beautiful video!
Really enjoyed your video and they way your presented it to the viewer I so now want to go visit Hanoi 😊
Wew😊
Another floggers perspective of Hanoi 🙂 I would say referring to the war here will always be in my opinion the “American War” and NOT Vietnam war!! Another interference attack to take control? But lost like so many other foreign invasions 😢. Anyway enjoy this beautiful country and all its culture, foods, natural wonders etc but remember to visit again as you will probably only ever see what most western people visit and film. Living here will always give you better food experiences than what many people try. But I can always say that you got to have fun in the short time most people have… Enjoy the rest of your time here in this amazing safe friendly Country.. 🙏🏻😊
I love your videos, it would be nice to see how much each thing cost :-) x
Thank you for the feedback!
i love your documentary style! it was so heartwarming and almost felt like i was there experiencing it
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
I absolutely loved this!
Thank you!
A cruise in Ha Long Bay sounds like the perfect way to unwind. Were there any particular moments during the cruise that stood out to you? I can only imagine how peaceful kayaking in those calm waters must have been.
It was amazing watching them fly in such a large murder each night on my commute home, we all went home together
You heal my inner child you are beatiful and should smile where you go as it makes eveyones day brighter.
Omg that was a very beautiful trip and your narration was axing very lovely plus the music selection brought the Montreal European vibes that’s a very good video thank you for the recommendations as well. Im going to Montreal next month and definitely I’m gonna stop by the palaces you recommended
i like your style of taking videos
Your vlog is so good, it really made me want to visit Montreal despite living here for 34 years XD
